1. Price
It includes: The lodging entirely equipped, the set of inherent loads to the house
(VAT, local, community or tourist taxes), sheets and towels, water, electricity, final cleaning, air conditioning (if any), and heating in winter (if any) according to dates, maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools and gardens.

2. Payment
